John is an experienced consultant whose 20-year career has focused on advising companies and regulators in the utility and transport sectors on a wide range of economic and financial issues. John is an expert in the regulation and liberalisation of infrastructure industries and has a detailed understanding of the approaches which companies, governments and regulators use to improve efficiency and quality of service to customers. John holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and an MSc in Economics from London School of Economics.
