Aditi is a public policy professional with over 20 years of experience spanning energy regulation, regulatory reform, and public health. Over the past 15 years, she has developed a strong reputation in the Western Australian and Northern Territory energy sectors in Australia, notably serving as Program Lead for the design of the new wholesale electricity market as part of the WA Government’s Energy Transformation Taskforce (2019–2021), and more recently as the market design lead on the Northern Territory’s electricity sector reform program. Drawing on her experience working in government energy policy departments, Australian Energy Market Operator, Western Power, and the Economic Regulation Authority of WA, Aditi applies her strategic thinking, collaborative approach, and rigorous policy analysis to establish common outcomes across stakeholders. Aditi holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and a Master of Business Economics from the University of Delhi (India). Aditi is fluent in English and Hindi.
