David Fishman specializes in regulatory and economic intelligence for China’s power sector, spanning solar, wind, coal, nuclear, hydro, transmission and power markets. His experience includes power-market forecasting, energy policy analysis, renewable asset transactional due diligence, and global energy procurement strategy. Prior to joining TLG, David was a Managing Co‑Director and shareholder of Nicobar Group, a Shanghai-based nuclear energy consultancy. He holds a joint MA from Johns Hopkins SAIS and Nanjing University in International Relations and Energy Policy, and is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
