Robert McGregor is a Senior Advisor to The Lantau Group with more than 40 years of experience spanning the power, infrastructure, investment banking and private equity sectors. Since 1997, he has developed deep expertise in Asian power markets, with particular knowledge of the Philippine power sector, alongside practical experience in business development, investment analysis, project management, risk assessment and strategic planning. His career includes advisory roles with investment banks, senior corporate positions with a market investor in sustainable infrastructure, including nine years with a major economic conglomerate. From 2014 to 2023, he worked closely with the Group CEO to lead almost all their investments. Robert holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, as well as an MLitt in Scottish Heritage from the University of Aberdeen.
